Even something as simple as taking folders out of the cupboard at work can be used as a workout. Stand with your feet about hip width apart, knees slightly bent. Keep your abs and buttocks tight and pull the folders out of the cupboard toward your upper body. Be sure to keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
